Check in & Check out

Check-in time is 14.00 local time, early check-in is subject to room availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Check-out time is 12.00 noon local time.
Hotel reserves the right to charge a half-day rate based on the rate of the day if the guest extend stay after the check-out time until and/or before 18.00 local time.
Extension beyond 18.00 local time will attract a full-day rate based on the rate of the day.

Children and additional person policy

Children below 2 years stay free of charge for cot.
Children between 2.1 – 5.9 years old can sharing with parent with existing bed OR free of charge of sofa bed inclusive breakfast
Children between 6-11.9 years are charged USD 35++/person/night for sofa bed/ rollway bed inclusive breakfast
Older children or adults are charged USD 65 ++/person/night for sofa bed/rollway bed inclusive breakfast
Maximum capacity of rollway beds/cot in a room is 1 and rate inclusive breakfast.
Any type of rollway bed or baby cot is upon request and subject to availability.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and will be on additional.

Credit Card & Deposit

Room deposit is required 25% (or equal 1 night) during low season (1 April – 15 July, 16 September – 19 December & 5 January – 31 March) and 50% off total room night during high season (16 July – 15 September & 20 December – 4 January)
Room deposit will be collected when reservation is confirmed.
An electronic reservation receipt (voucher) for every reservation will be emailed to the email address provided by the client at time of booking, who is then required to hand it in upon check in for the offered services.
The hotel reserves the rights to pre-authorize the credit card 14 days prior to arrival.
In compliance to the applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, all transactions will be charged in Indonesia Rupiah (IDR) at the hotel’s prevailing exchange rate.

Cancellation/No Show Policy

In the event of cancellation within 8-14 (eight to fourteen) days prior to arrival date, the reservation will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the value of 1 (one) night accommodation.
in the event of cancellation within 2-7 (two to seven) days prior to arrival date, the reservation will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the value of 50 % from the total room night reserved.
In the event of cancellation within 1 (one) day prior to arrival date, No show as well as Early departure will be subject to full room night reserved.

In the event of cancellation within 15-30 (fifteen to thirty) days to arrival date, the reservation will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the value of 1 (one) night accommodation.
In the event of cancellation within 2-14 (two to fourteen) days prior to arrival date, the reservation will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the value of 50 % from the total room night reserved.
In the event of cancellation within 1 (one) day to arrival date, No show as well as Early departure will be subject to full room night reserved.
