Hotel reserves the right to charge a half-day rate based on the rate of the day if the guest extends their stay after the check-out time until and/or before 18.00 local time.
Check-in time is 14.00 local time, early check-in is subject to room availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Check-out time is 12.00 noon local time.
Extension beyond 18.00 local time will attract a full-day rate based on the rate of the day.

We strictly limit the occupancy in each category:

Any type of rollaway bed or baby cot is upon request and subject to availability.
Older children or adults are charged USD 65++/person/night for a sofa bed/rollaway bed inclusive of breakfast.
Children between 2.1 – 5.9 years old can share with parents with an existing bed OR stay free of charge on a sofa bed inclusive of breakfast.
Children below 2 years stay free of charge for a cot.
Children between 6-11.9 years are charged USD 35++/person/night for a sofa bed/rollaway bed inclusive of breakfast.
Maximum capacity of rollaway beds/cots in a room is 1 and includes breakfast.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and will be additional.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card 14 days prior to arrival.
Room deposit will be collected when the reservation is confirmed.
Room deposit is required: 25% (or equal to 1 night) during low season (1 April – 15 July, 16 September – 19 December & 5 January – 31 March), and 50% off the total room night during high season (16 July – 15 September & 20 December – 7 January).
An electronic reservation receipt (voucher) for every reservation will be emailed to the email address provided by the client at the time of booking, who is then required to hand it in upon check-in for the offered services.
In compliance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, all transactions will be charged in Indonesia Rupiah (IDR) at the hotel’s prevailing exchange rate.

a. Low Season:

In the event of cancellation within 2-7 (two to seven) days prior to the arrival date, the reservation will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total room nights reserved.
In the event of cancellation within 8-14 (eight to fourteen) days prior to the arrival date, the reservation will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 1 night's accommodation.
In the event of cancellation within 1 (one) day prior to the arrival date, No show as well as Early departure will be subject to a full room night reserved.

b. High Season:

In the event of cancellation within 1 (one) day to arrival date, No show as well as Early departure will be subject to a full room night reserved.
In the event of cancellation within 15-30 (fifteen to thirty) days to arrival date, the reservation will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 1 night's accommodation.
In the event of cancellation within 2-14 (two to fourteen) days prior to arrival date, the reservation will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total room nights reserved.

Taking any pictures for commercial purposes is not allowed without management permission.
Drugs are not permitted throughout the resort area.
Check-in time is at 14:00 hrs, and check-out time is at 12:00 hrs.

To maintain the privacy and convenience of our guests, the last visit for visitors is until 10:00 pm.
Flying an unnamed aerial vehicle (drone) within the establishment area for any purposes is not allowed without management permission.
Pets are not allowed throughout the resort area.
